Yes, it is essential. The hamlet sits quietly in the maquis; there is no practical public transport, and the beaches, shops and restaurants are all a few minutes' drive away.

Bakery, butcher and small supermarket in Sotta, 5 minutes away. Larger supermarkets and restaurants within 15 minutes, in Figari, Pianottoli and Porto-Vecchio. Our favourite places here.

Seven separate villas, each with a private pool, each on its own landscaped plot of around 1,500 m². Nothing is shared between the houses.

Oui, every villa is air conditioned, including every bedroom. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen television in every room as well.

Three villas: Les Orangers, Les Arbousiers and Les Myrtes. That is what makes swimming comfortable from spring right through to autumn.

Yes. Every villa has its own private pool, maintained three times a week, and each is fitted with a safety device :

• A safety roller cover on the three villas with heated pools — Les Orangers, Les Arbousiers and Les Myrtes ;
• A motion-detection alarm on Les Chênes Lièges, Les Figuiers, Les Oliviers and Les Citronniers.

These devices are of course no substitute for constant supervision of children : no system replaces an adult's attention.

Not within the hamlet, which is set in the maquis. We do however manage La Veglia, on the heights above Porto-Vecchio: a 180° panoramic view over the gulf, an infinity pool and a beach 500 m away on foot. Discover it.

Our villas come as an all-inclusive service : bed and household linen, bath towels, pool maintenance three times a week, regular barbecue cleaning, a welcome basket of Corsican produce, end-of-stay cleaning and self check-in.

The price also covers water and electricity, and VAT at 2.10%.

Yes, Monday to Saturday, delivered to your villa at 8 a.m.. Order online the day before, by 6 p.m., on our bread and pastries page : croissants, pains au chocolat and baguettes, minimum 5 items.

No. Bath towels are included, but you should bring your own beach and pool towels.

Yes, on request. It is charged at €25 per hour.

The minimum is 5 nights, varying by villa and season. In July and August some villas have fixed arrival and departure days — contact us about the dates you have in mind.

The booking is confirmed once we receive the signed contract together with a deposit of 30% of the rental amount. Le balance is due 30 days before arrival. For a booking made less than 30 days before the stay, the full amount is paid at the time of booking.

A security deposit of 500 € is taken before arrival, by card imprint or pre-authorisation — you will receive an email to arrange it. It is returned in full within 14 days if no damage is found at the check-out inspection.

Any cancellation must be notified to us by registered letter.

More than 90 days before the stay: a flat sum of 100 € is retained from the deposit. Between 90 and 30 days : 30% of the price of the stay is retained. Less than 30 days before arrival: the full amount is retained, except in a documented case of force majeure.

An interrupted or shortened stay is not refunded. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance with your own insurer. Full terms.

Check-in is from 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m.. Please confirm your approximate arrival time by phone. Check-in is self-service.

Yes. Book early: July and August weeks go very quickly.

Fill in our arrival preparation form : tell us who is staying, how you would like the beds made up, and whether you need a travel cot or a high chair. We prepare the villa accordingly — all you have to do is put your bags down.

As a rule, no. Pets are accepted only by express agreement recorded in the contract; conditions vary by villa and season. Call us on 06 80 35 16 86 before booking.

Non, the villas are entirely non-smoking. The outdoor terraces are of course available.

Yes. The estate has an electric vehicle charging point, available to all our guests. The service is chargeable, billed by consumption — just let us know when you arrive.

However, charging from the villa sockets is not permitted : the houses' electrical systems are not designed for it.

Strip the beds and leave the linen at the foot of them, wash up and empty the dishwasher, leave the fridge and freezer clean and empty, take the rubbish to the bins, vacuum, and vacate by 10 a.m.

End-of-stay cleaning is included, but the villa should be left in reasonable order.

Yes, families particularly like it: every villa has its own private outdoor space and equipped kitchen, and Santa Giulia, 20 minutes away, is ideal for small children thanks to its shallow water. Les Myrtes, entirely on one level, suits young children and guests with reduced mobility particularly well.

Every pool has a safety device — a roller cover or a motion-detection alarm depending on the villa. Supervising children remains essential.
